Richard Melde, MD, MBA, MDH, has over 30 years of experience in Emergency and Family Medicine and serves as IntelliDerm’s Medical Director.  Dr. Melde specializes in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement and Healthy Aging Medicine, and he recently expanded his services at IntelliDerm to feature alternative medicine with a nutritional emphasis.  Dr. Melde has been studying alternative ways of healing for the past several years, uniting alternative and mainstream methods, offering patients more choices.  "The patient is now demanding an alternative to drugs, which have side effects and complications," states Dr. Melde.

Patty Melde, RN, BSN, MA, also has over 30 years experience in the medical field and is the Aesthetic Director for IntelliDerm Medical Spa.  Patty assists clients in achieving their goals in looking and feeling their best through medical aesthetics.  Patty's techniques are well-developed, ensuring clients the utmost results.  She is an educator in the field and teaches for a local laser aesthetics school.  

Cynthia Melde has a Master's Degree in Human Nutrition, with 4 years of experience in the health field.  As the Nutritionist for IntelliDerm Medical Spa, she helps her client’s look and feel their best through healthy eating strategies.  Her programs apply to real-life living and go beyond traditional dieting, such as addressing sleep and stress imbalances.
