Happy New Year!

So many life-altering events have occurred in the world, the nation and certainly your personal life. It’s really crazy to stop and actually review - in detail - the major events we’ve all lived through, yet each of us is still here, alive and most likely stronger for it. I know I am. I would never have predicted on January 1st, 2000 that today I would be writing this letter – not in a million years. It’s so awesome where life can take us! What an amazing journey I have had personally and I am looking forward to an even better decade! One thing that really changed for me is that I have acted to direct my life as much as possible and set the bar high for what I hope to achieve. I am proactively planning my life instead of letting life happen to me … which is how I began the decade. What a life altering experience to get in the driver’s seat and take the wheel on the road of life! Granted, roadblocks and obstacles appear that one could never plan for … but entirely new roads have appeared for me to venture down. Again this year, I am putting pen to paper and mapping out the things I want to be able to cross off my life’s “to do” list. I’ve become much better at the process and I highly recommend it. This year, however, I am doing it with three other girls who are committed to the same mindset and journey … we’ve bonded together, shared our fears and dreams and created a pact to see each other through the next year; to hold each other accountable to ourselves; to push each other; and to be there as a shoulder to cry on … Right now is such an uncertain time, its wonderful to have others to share the journey with. I look forward to a decade of growing Perfectify in ways I probably have not even thought of yet! I hope you will share this journey with me!
